Samsung Galaxy S8 vs Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge vs Samsung Galaxy S8 Edge

We talk about flagship phones but there is a brand which leads the market every year with its flagship phones, Samsung has always scored big in the market and this year it will plan to do the same thing when it will release two flagship phones, Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Edge are slated to release this year, before they are released, lets read on specification comparison of these two devices with the flagship device of Samsung which was released last year, that is, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Meanwhile we still have couple of months to go in release of these phablets.

Display & Platform

Samsung Galaxy S8 has the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 with resolutions reading 1440×2560 pixels whereas it is rumoured that Samsung Galaxy S8 plus will have screen size of 5.5inch with 4K display with the old curvy style of S7 Edge which featured screen size of 5.5inch and protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 4. Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Edge will come in pre-installed with Android N, though Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge was released with Android M pre-installed but it can be upgraded to Android N.


Camera is an essential need of every individual and Samsung takes care of it to its fullest, Samsung Galaxy S8  Edge will feature a camera ranging between 18 to 24MP, Samsung Galaxy S8 will have primary camera of 12MP and secondary camera of 8MP whereas the current flagship phone of Samsung, that is, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge had front camera of 5MP and rear camera of 12MP.


Samsung Galaxy S8 Edge will have RAM of 6GB, slightly lower than Samsung Galaxy S8 which has RAM of 8GB, Samsung has surely upped its game as its current flagship phone had 4GB RAM.


No doubt Samsung has upped its game and its new flagship phone look really impressive and we hope for them to rule this year, S7 Edge has its own specifications but S8 is on a completely different level, drop your opinion in comments section and share your insight with us.
